Advent Calendar time is finally here! (nearly)

I don't like using the word 'Epic'. It's far, far too overused nowadays... however I kinda think uploading a new Christmassy themed watercolour picture of a (possibly obscure) videogame character every day in December up till Christmas is kind of epic - for a master procrastinator such as myself at least

Congratulations to Katherine, who got her exam results today and is on track for a first!

Also, went to see Monkey!(the play) on Monday at the West Yorkshire Playhouse and it was great. A little cheesy in parts, and we were sat next to some rather annoying kids, but it made me laugh out loud on a few occasions and it was a highly enjoyable evening

I really think that long movies should have an interval like they do at the theatre. Maybe I'd be able to make it to the end of something like Lord of the Rings if I had a bit of time to digest the first half (and have an ice-cream)
