My entry for the seventh sanctum alien contact contest! ([link])
I used the Alien Race Generator([link]) and got this: The hulking, shell-covered race. This race has tentacular limbs. This race travels by wings. They are omnivores, but prefer to be herbivores. Just put me in mind of some big-ass semi-intelligent (over-hyphenated) insect thing, and this is what came out after a couple of sketches. The background took me forever, and I gaussian blurred it to hell and back, but meh I kinda like the effect. |
